Daniel was born and raised in San Diego, California. He spent most of his life in SoCal with the exception of a year in Hawaii where he enjoyed surfing and helped his cousin build his home. In 2013, Daniel began working part-time as a stagehand with a labor company in San Diego alongside a friend. He quickly developed a passion for the industry while watching productions come to life behind the scenes.
In 2015, Daniel joined Pro Systems AV full-time as a Warehouse Technician and Show Technician. Through hard work and dedication, he advanced to Warehouse Manager, overseeing warehouse operations and logistics. After two years in that role, he was promoted to Operations Manager, where he managed large-scale event operations, staffing, and warehouse functions. In 2024, Daniel took the next step in his career by joining Gravity, bringing with him more than a decade of experience in event production, logistics, operations, and live event execution.
Daniel brings a hands-on perspective and extensive operational background to his role, with a strong focus on teamwork, efficiency, and delivering exceptional event experiences.
Favorite Activities: BBQing and coaching his son’s soccer team.
Fun Fact: Daniel loves spicy food and sushi.
